Blood Orange Sour
- 60ml Gin
- 30ml Blood orange juice
- 15ml Lemon Juice
- 15ml Simple Syrup
- 2 tablespoons aquafaba
- 3 dashes Bitters
- a life of plenty dehydrated blood orange
- Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker
- Dry shake for 15 seconds.
- Add ice into the shaker and shake until completely chilled.
- Strain into a rocks glass and garnish with a slice of dried blood orange
- if blood oranges are in season, juice them and freeze in ice cube trays for later!
