Refunds & Exchanges

Whilst we do everything we can to package everything securely sometimes things can go wrong. If something arrives not in satisfactory condition or broken, please take a photo and contact us straight away and we will rectify the issue, quickly.

If you are not 100% happy with your order, please contact us within 14 days and we can discuss a solution.

If there is a defect with any of your items, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will exchange the item for you at our expense.

Please choose carefully- we cannot refund due to change of mind.
