Classic Negroni

Ingredients:

• 30ml Gin
• 30ml sweet vermouth
• 30ml Campari
• ice
• a life of plenty dehydrated blood orange

Method:

1. Add the gin, Campari and sweet vermouth to a mixing glass filled with ice, and stir until well-chilled.
2. Strain into a rocks glass filled with large ice cubes.
3. Garnish with a slice of dried blood orange
