Paloma
Ingredients:
- 60ml Reposado or blanco tequila
- 30ml freshly squeezed lime juice
- Pinch of salt
- Capi Grapefruit soda
- ice
- a life of plenty dehydrated ruby grapefruit
Method:
- Pour the tequila into a glass and pour in the lime juice.
- Add the ice and salt, fill with grapefruit soda and stir.
- Garnish with a slice of dried ruby grapefruit
