The Pink Pearl
Ingredients:
- 30ml Gin
- 15ml Cointreau
- Juice of 1 Ruby Grapefruit (80-100ml)
- giant ice cube
- a life of plenty dehydrated ruby grapefruit
Method:
- Combine Gin, Cointreau and ruby grapefruit juice in a jug
- Serve in a glass of your choice over a giant ice cube
- Garnish with a slice of dried ruby grapefruit
